Shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Made By KJO will not be responsible for these expenses. The responsibility is ours until we send it out.

Return

Made By KJO is happily to accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.
We would like to ask you to follow the requirements:
The Item/s must be in original condition with returns, tags, hygiene sticker and dust bag remaining in place.

 Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat, oil/cream or any other substance on them.
Made By KJO cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

 We recommend carefully fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the provided dust bag for protection. 

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: madebykjo@gmail.com

 You can return items from different orders in 1 return parcel.
Made By KJO shall not bear the costs of returning the product(s).
Please write all order numbers on the supplied return form.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
